How she stopped playing small...
by Holly LanesmithAs we approach the end of 2021, something I want to do is highlight some of the people I have had the pleasure of working with this past year.
...I want to celebrate these individuals who have had amazing wins, because they have done the work!
Today I want to recognize one of our EL members who is also a part of the Results Mastermind program that I run, Ariel Heyliger St Fleur.
What I’ve encouraged Ariel to do, and what I encourage you to do too, is to look back at where you were at a few years ago, and to ask yourself (as you enter this new year), how have I grown?
What am I doing now that is different from what I would have done a year or a few years back?
After looking back on how far she’s come, Ariel is recognizing the areas that she has learned and is reflecting on what it has taken for her to step out of her comfort zone and stop “playing small.”
I am so proud of Ariel for truly recognizing her God-given potential and living it out, day by day. Her story is worth celebrating!
Ariel shares more about her journey in this short clip! I encourage you to check it out.
I strongly recommend you to listen to what Ariel has to share!
I truly believe her wise words will encourage you as you think into what kind of mindset you want to have as you walk into 2022 and beyond.
I believe Ariel’s insight will help give you a better understanding of the power of accountability, self-reflection, and boldness.
So as you think back on your very own personal growth journey, what are some areas where you realize you have grown?
Have you been faced with a difficult decision recently? Has your decision-making process changed?
Have you had a difficult conversation with a loved one recently? Have you become less combative and more willing to see things from their side?
Perhaps you’ve learned how to respond rather than react…
Or maybe, you’ve grown in your business! How much income have you brought in this year in comparison to the previous years?
Spend some time celebrating the small wins, because they are worth celebrating!
...And stay tuned for some more success stories from people in our Empowered Living community!
