Something I’ve learned along this journey of life has been to celebrate my wins, no matter how big or small.

And more importantly, to celebrate the wins of those around me and to surround myself with people who will celebrate with me and be genuinely happy for me when I do create a win.

If you don’t have people like that in your life, find some. (By the way, the EL community is full of them, so it shouldn’t be too hard for you to find people like this)!

Today I want to live this out and celebrate the win of my friend, Trish Buzzone.

Trish is a member of the EL community and is someone I’ve been mentoring for the last 3 and a half years.

She’s continuing private mentoring with me this year, so I’ve been able to hear about some of her goals for 2022 - and more importantly, one of her most recent wins.

Let’s take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate Trish!

Let me first share a bit about Trish with you…

For those of you who don’t know Trish, she’s a corporate leadership facilitator, and has recently set a goal for herself to earn a quarter of a million dollars this year - and I’m proud to announce that she has already locked in some big deals and is well on her way to reaching that goal!

She has signed programs with one of the largest dealership groups on the east coast of the United States!!

Trish has signed two 4-month programs with a large automotive company, and has been requested by leaders within that company to help them build a leadership development program for their minority business owner initiatives.

Each group she signed will have 5 General Managers present, as well as a leader from their corporate office.

But that's not all... Trish even closed an additional deal for a 4-month program at an additional dealership in St. Augustine!

Please join me in celebrating Trish's progress in reaching her goal to close a quarter of a million dollars!

No matter how many more steps there are to achieving this ultimate goal of reaching a quarter of a million, it’s never too early to celebrate the first few big wins along the way!

Let this be an encouragement to anyone reading that it’s never too late to start thinking big, and it’s never too early on in your journey towards a goal to celebrate wins as they happen.
