What thinking BIG did for her…
by Holly LanesmithAs you think about your goals for 2022, I want to encourage you to get your mindset in the right place before you “officially” set goals.
Because here’s the truth: if we aren’t in the right headspace, we’ll set goals that reflect that.
If our mindset is one of scarcity and limitation, we’ll have low standards for ourselves and our goals will be low-quality goals.
And we don’t want that, do we?
So instead, I encourage you to challenge yourself to think BIG!
I know this is often easier said than done. The year of 2021 may not have turned out exactly the way you expected. Perhaps you set goals for yourself but they fell through.
Or perhaps there was something you were looking forward to, but it didn’t happen because of the pandemic.
Whatever the case may be, please don’t make the mistake of allowing what’s happened to define what is to come.
I encourage you to begin shifting your mindset to one of abundance and to become open to possibilities that are in alignment with your dream.
And as you think about that, I want to share with you a story of someone in my life who has taken the time to think BIG and as a result has reached a major milestone in her career.
I believe her story will inspire and motivate you to think big!
Meet my friend and client, Chief Dr. Ndidi Musa.
Ndidi is one of the members in my 2021 Results Mastermind group, and has worked diligently in the direction of her dream to get to where she is now.
Ndidi works in pediatrics and although her work already has such a massive impact on others, she had a dream to do even more with the potential God has gifted her with.
Wow! Can we just take a moment and celebrate Ndidi’s milestone?
I want to highlight something that she said in the video.
She said that all along she believed she would get the position she was seeking.
All along! Even though what stopped her initially were the voices of limitation.
You see, that belief in herself was there all along. But before she was able to tap into that belief in herself, she had to overcome the limiting beliefs that were competing for her attention.
It wasn’t an easy process, but she was able to do it.
Let’s celebrate Ndidi today and look forward to more wins in 2022 for the people in our community!
By the way, if you want to get to the next level and are interested in learning more about joining my Mastermind group for 2022, please be on the lookout for more information on that coming soon!
