You are eligible for a full refund of the total program fee if:

a) you have completed all of program modules within the Training

b) you have participated in a minimum of 60% of the live calls

c) you have attended the Live Event

d) you have notified the Company on or before the first day after the Live
Event of the Member’s request for a refund.

If the Total Program Fee is refunded to you, your license to access the Program
Materials and to describe yourself as Certified in the Martinelli Sales Method will
be automatically revoked.
